No. Each contractor only sees the jobs you've assigned to them — nothing about your other jobs, other buildings, or your residents. There's nothing for you to lock down and no way for them to wander into something they shouldn't.
Issues are emailed to the managing agent, with threaded follow-ups on the same conversation. Residents don't log in — staff manage the records.
